Fine, fine chocolate

New Belle Fleur Fine Chocolate store
Ogling at a glass cabinet full of hand-made chocolates has a remarkable age rejuvenating effect.  Case in point: stroll into Belle Fleur Fine Chocolates and tally up the Willy Wonka-esque looks.

It helps when you can choose from a display of more than 60 different praline, ganache, truffle and specialty Belgian-style chocolates. All made daily and sold by weight by fourth generation chocolatiers Lynne and Jan ter Heerdt.

You can soon choose to indulge from either Belle Fleur in Rozelle (established since 1985) or the new flagship store in Petersham. The bigger dilemma of course, is which chocolates to pick?

Adventurous tastebuds can try the speculass (gingerbread flavour) or salted caramel. Connoisseurs of classic; coffee or strawberries and cream. Their signature fresh whipped cream with lime and Cointreau, and peach and raspberry whipped cream Melba make for ideal summer tasting. Or opt for novelty kisses or hearts to melt any Valentine.

Have your sweet store moment and let the inner-child run free.
