Have You Sorted Out Your Vitality?

Ok, so how long did you spend queueing for your chia seed smoothie last weekend? Personally, we were around the 15 minute mark.

This weekend spend those 15 minutes learning how to make your own organic smoothie. The Vitality Show is headed to Hordern Pavilion and it’s a must-do for the modern girl. Don’t panic, we’re not talking about spending three days learning how to activate nuts – unless you want to, and yes, Pete Evans will be there.

From the latest Hip Hop Yoga moves to optimising your GHD technique, the Vitality Show is a total mind, body and soul event taking place this Friday 10th until Sunday 12th October.

You’ll be able to sample goodies like the top 10 flavours from Pressed Juices at their pop up store, stock up on Lorna Jane’s latest gym gear and swing by the Dermalogica Treatment Zone.

It’s not just about shopping. There will be presentations from personal trainers, journalists, beauty editors, career advisors and nutritionists. Celebrity trainer Luke Istomin will be walking you through his famed F45 Training, foodie bloggers will whip up their favourite healthy desserts, and the girls from Base Body Babes will share their wisdom with plenty of tips and tricks.

Skin experts, stylists, yogis, even a sexologist, will be on hand. Expect everything from kinesiology to aromatherapy, dance parties, even tips on taking your career to the next level.

With summer just around the corner, this is the kick start we all need.
