The rules haven’t changed much. But the location certainly has. Instead of the playground, you can now be found playing at Piano Room.

Perched in a commanding position (a bit like the Principal’s office), you really can’t miss this new establishment; right underneath the neon ripple of Sydney’s iconic Coca-Cola sign. Served as equal parts cocktail lounge, supper club and cabaret room, the polished ebony marble, plush turquoise carpeting and lamp shades will quickly assure you that this is a place made for grown-ups.

During the hour best filled nursing your classic martini or nouveau cocktail, resident pianist, Scott Finney, has the floor, and after supper it’s a rolling roster of live entertainment. You can stay up late listening to jazz, soul, and rhythm and blues from an eclectic mix of guest artists.

Since tonight is Piano Room’s opening night, there’s sure to be a very attractive room full of new friends to get to know. And play nicely with.
