World Cup Watch

Where to watch FIFA world cup action
Football fever is nearly upon us, and with the impending start of the FIFA World Cup, you consider your options on where to watch all the action.

You could:
a) Stay in (just make sure any ‘bad sports’ vacate or clearly understand that opinions on your World Cup behaviour, your friends, and access to the largest flat screen are off bounds)
b) Head to the local
c) Watch from the comfort of Star City’s Sport Theatre & Bar’s 225 stadium style seats (convenient for 24/7 fans)
d) Get amongst some spirited, like-minded fans at the Sydney International FIFA Fan Fest in Darling Harbour.

Option ‘d’ means 64 World Cup games broadcasted at 9.30pm, Midnight and 4.30am (with matches replayed) on four giant screens in Cockle Bay and Tumbalong Park. Soccer competitions on water including a Street Soccer Championship and The Corporate Cup. You can drop into the Cargo Bar ‘GOAL’ live site and fill your cup of life with some of the best beers from competing countries.

Cheer on the Socceroos. Game On!
