By the same folk that brought us brekkie stalwart Porch & Parlour (which happens to be just around the corner), it’s all about lunch and dinner at The Hill. Swap coffee for cocktails, eggs for oysters, and you have yourself a knockout restaurant-cum-watering hole where the food is good, the cocktails are great, and the people are gorgeous. Go for uncomplicated home-style cooking with an emphasis on organic and sustainably sourced produce (cue Bondi Hipsters joke here) and tuck into light bites like warm marinated olives, prosciutto wrapped mushrooms and paella filled arancini.
When it comes to mains, warm up with hearty dishes like individual braised beef pots and chicken Parmigiana spaghetti.
