If you’ve been longing for white beaches and turquoise waters beyond our shores, the wait is almost over. However, if stumping up the kind of change that gets your relaxing in a far-off archipelago is a little daunting, our friends at 1800 Tequila have come up with an ingenious solution.

1800 Tequila’s unique ‘Afar’ edible spritz

Combining the best flavours and smells of the Tequila Region in Mexico including Blue Agave, lemon, verbena & sea salt, 1800 Tequila have come up with a solution in a bottle dubbed ‘Afar’.

Created alongside ‘The Powder Room’ fragrance specialist Samantha Taylor this is not your ordinary perfume but in fact is also able to be added as a spritz to your at-home cocktails for an ultimate multi-sensory experience.

Hayley Dixon, Proximo Spirits specialist said,

“The past two years have robbed us of overseas travel and with borders reopening, we were inspired to bring the essence of travel to life in a new, multi-sensorial way.”

This writer can attest that when both are combined and experienced, there was certainly a deeper level of enjoyment, if not simply though the lens of the joy of deeper immersion into flavours and smells.
