New Vic’s in Chatswood Chase

Vic’s Chatswood is a modern day butchers with an old school butcher feel. Brought to you from the Meat Master – Anthony Puharich, owner of Victor Churchill & Vic’s (formerly Vic’s Meats).

Just like the old school butchers, on offer is a comprehensive range of quality meats, delicious DIY kits (e.g. Burger Kits, Chicken Parmigiana Kits, Brisket Burger Kits, Ramen Kits and so much more). There are condiments, along with a strong focus on luxe convenience products that just need to be heated up. Think Wagyu Cheeseburger Spring Rolls (amazing), House Made Wagyu Lasagne, BBQ Pork Buns, Wagyu Bolognese Sauce (also out of this world) and more.

In terms of quality of produce you’re in safe hands, Vic’s is the premium supplier behind 75% per cent of the country’s top 100 restaurants including iconic restaurants such as Quay, Bennelong, Firedoor, Woodcut, SixPenny, Aria & more. Holding a unique position in the Australian food chain, Vic’s not only connects the best meat producers in the country with the best chefs, but now also to the Australian public.

In addition to Chatswood Chase will be followed by the opening of another two stores: Bondi Junction and Chadstone Melbourne, later this year! Vic’s flagship store is currently located at Sydney Fish Markets in Pyrmont.

Go old-school and visit the butchers for a contemporary and convenient spin on high quality produce.
