First, get a taste test of six innovative dining concepts chosen Dragons Den-style from over 100 submissions. From N’Awlins jazz and New York street art to intoxicating Indian and Korean K-pop BBQ – karaoke optional, but highly recommended – there’s something for even the most intrepid foodie. Closer to home, Stanley St. Merchants will be matching locally foraged produce with artisanal spirits and wines.
Secondly, put your money where your mouth is. Pre-purchase anything from a casual cocktail to a five-course degustation to stake your claim on a pop-up so hot it doesn’t even exist yet.
The concept with the most backers will win a three-month stint at Stanley Street, where you can cash in your dinner chits (and your bragging rights – hey, they wouldn’t be here without you).
