Sydney’s undercover coffee spots
We all have secrets. Love affairs, Swiss bank accounts and days spent in bed with food poisoning (aka hangovers).

Secrets add electricity to our lives so where better to get your next buzz than at one of Sydney’s undercover caffeine joints?

Pigeon: Tucked away at the back of St Margaret’s Complex, Pigeon is a haven for birds and blokes alike. Staffed by an eternally sunny team of bean wranglers, Pigeon use Campos Coffee so you know you’re getting the good stuff.

Single Origin: Home of tweet-meets and pure, unblended coffee originating from a single growing region, this espresso lovers’ hole-in-the-wall has a cult-like following of pilgrims who come for the aroma of roasting beans and stay for the aroma of roasting beans.

Mecca: There is one thing that is guaranteed to improve your morning immeasurably. A perfect cup of coffee made by a smoking hot barista.

SidePLATE: According to the oracles at Five Senses Coffee, the best beans are grown in a band between the Tropic of Cancer and Capricorn. About 14 hours south, you will find a place that sells these precious gems cut long, short, white or black.

The daily grind just became risqué.
