Whats cooking at Fratelli Fresh

As if the ultra fresh produce (think juicy white peaches, heirloom tomatoes, white asparagus), and artisan Italian groceries aren’t enough to entice you, there’s a new reason to visit the providore premises of Fratelli Fresh.

The Electrolux Cooking School at Fratelli Fresh has introduced a new cooking masterclass and dining experience for you and your food-fanatic crew.

Don your apron, be at the ready at your own induction cooking station, and resident chef Andy Bunn will help you discover the beauty of simple Italian cuisine.

Using market fresh ingredients from the on-site Fratelli Fresh store, you’ll learn three restaurant-style dishes before indulging in a delicious two-course spread, including complimentary wine, at the highly acclaimed Cafe Sopra.

Forget just watching Masterchef, here you get to eat your starter, main and dessert too.

The Electrolux Cooking School at Fratelli Fresh
Classes are held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-12pm, $90 per person.

Bookings can be made for groups of 10 -15
