Sports Theatre and Bar

Game on
If your world revolves around tries, points, goals, knock-outs and the like, there’s a new venue in town that’s dedicated to you.

Sports Theatre at Star City has just opened its doors. With a 12m-wide mega screen, flanked by two 3.4m smaller screens, and 225 stadium-style seats from which to watch the action.

The heart of Sports Theatre is Halo Bar (Australia’s longest, with a circumference of 46.5m).
Here you can choose from 15 beers on tap and 30 types of bourbon. When it’s your turn to buy a round you can keep an eye on one of 47 fifty-inch LCD screens hanging from the roof of the bar.

Feeling peckish? Fuel restaurant offers sustenance including prime beef burgers, baby back ribs, Momma’s cheese sticks (blue cheese or tomato & chilli salsa) and Yankee buffalo wings. If you’re feeling lucky Australia’s first paperless TAB is just a ball’s throw away.

Man U V Sunderland, Formula 1NRL Grand Final, and a live Fenech Fight Night – just a smattering of what’s on in Week 1 of October.

It’s all about the sport; 24/7.
