An underrated and incredibly delicious culinary destination in the world with unique exotic flavours, vibrant fresh produce and tantalising aromas is Peruvian cuisine. A Peruvian Celebration of National Independence
And history lesson for the year, this month marks National Independence Day in Peru. Whilst Australia is miles away, we’re fortunate enough to get to celebrate in our own country. For a small fee, guests can enjoy a Chefs selection and tantalise their taste buds in traditional Peruvian delights, such as ceviche and antichuco and other dishes that showcase the wonderful and iconic flavours of the region.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a meal complete without their iconic Pisco sour. Their classic spotlight cocktail for the month, made from barsol quebranta pisco and refreshing lime, egg white and sugar to get that perfectly balanced sweet, sour taste.
