On Sunday the 8th of September Melbourne is taking the traditional high tea to a new level of sophistication, with an exclusive menu by chef Dane Clouston and a salon-style fashion show featuring Australia’s most high-end brands.
Pause the elevator music and queue the latest collections from Aurelio Costarella and Carl Kapp. Nibble on decadent scones and sandwiches, sip Chandon and get access to a deluxe pampering station helmed by Napoleon Perdis and Biba’s Frank Apostolopoulos. Hold the plastic rollers.
