As the name suggests, Sydney’s first Dior Perfume and Beauty boutique is entirely devoted to the luxury French legend’s fragrance, makeup, and skincare lines. It’s a trip to Île-de-France for your senses – sans the dreaded “plane face.”
Inside the glittering walls you’ll find base notes of brand heritage and light infusions of future-y tech. Think interactive digital scent screens, a fragrance consultation lounge, and your own personal skincare routine scientist. Though not everything serves a practical purpose. A gold-encrusted Dior bottle with a $9,500 price tag — and its own glass cabinet, natch – gets by on looks alone.
For those who truly dream in Dior, two limited edition products are also fêting the launch. The Backstage Box contains all the ingredients to Dior’s graphic A/W 2015 beauty look, while the Dior Backstage Studio Lashes are the fastest route to baby Bardot eyes.
