Move swiftly to the food menu – courtesy of Ian Oakes former Executive Chef at hatted The Grand National – and start with olives and rosemary crosini to whet the appetite. Designed for sharing, don’t pass on dishes like seared tuna with beetroot, chickpeas and goat’s curd; roast spatchcock with prosciutto, sage and soft polenta; and slow cooked pork belly with roast cabbage, pear and cider jus.
