Banging Basil Brollies

Sunshine and lollypops and la la la la. You’ll be singing all the way to the beach this summer sporting your new onesie and a hot Basil Bangs sun umbrella in tow.

These uber cool designer brollies are making waves with their bold colours and quirky prints – and even quirkier names. Make a date at the pool with ‘Mr Huckabee’, or tan the tacos from under ‘Mi Casa Su Casa’. And for all high maintenance beach goers, you’d best get acquainted with ‘Princess and the Pea’.

With a nod to yesteryear, the umbrellas are classic in style (think tassels and scalloped edges) and have been meticulously crafted using the best materials and premium fabrics from Italy and Germany. They’ve even patented the hinge design.

The brollies are completely portable and fold up into nifty little over-the-shoulder bags. And if you want a more permanent set-up, you can buy a matching Basil Bangs base and enjoy the company of ‘Le Pixel’ all year round.

‘Balmy Origami’, summer’s here.
