Mothers Day ISO – Get Fish creates new seafood platters

Platter for five!

When life throws you lemons, we say just add seafood and champagne! So if you are thinking about how to make your mum’s day special, the clever chaps at Get Fish have you sorted.

Founded by Antonio Muollo when he was just 18, this teenage entrepreneur based at the Sydney Seafood Market has built his business over up over the last three years to not only offer home delivery exclusively from the markets and now even supplies top restaurants like China Doll, The Star and Catalina.

To celebrate Mothers Day during ISO Get Fish have created a new range of platters in collab with De Costi Seafoods Sydney Fish Market. Having delivered over ten tonnes of prawns and 8000 dozen oysters over the years – feel safe that they know how to pick a prawnstar for you! The new range starts off ‘small’ with their platter for which has a range of seafood from smoked salmon, large tiger prawns, pacific oysters and flying fish roe to a monster platter for five which means you can tuck into lobsters, mortonbay bugs and blue swimmer crab without any family fights on the last one. Yes this is a Mothers Day gift which is good for you too.

Platter for one

Our platter arrived with a knock on the door as we were handed a beautifully wrapped and presented square platter, topped with ice packs and was on the table in in nano seconds. Juicy lively oysters and super fresh sweet prawns where downed in nano seconds, but perhaps thats because our platter for one was jumped on by three people! (Remember that there are benefits to Iso before the loosening of restrictions) this is just a recent example!

Get Fish Deliveries are available same day if ordered before 12pm and next day when ordered before midnight, 7 days a week. Free delivery for orders over $100. (otherwise a $10 delivery fee applies).
Every Seafood Platter (ranging from $79.99 – $289.99 are 10% off for Mother’s Day only).

Karen Lawson

Karen Lawson's corporate job back in the UK had included entertaining clients in some of the best restaurants. This ultimately sparked a curiosity 'Just how do they do that?' (she confesses she was brought up on meat and vegetables, so this was all very exciting). She's the ex MD of Spotify, Peloton and has been a Mr & Mrs Smith 'Tastemaker', she’s flashpacked around the world, learning about wine, experiencing different cultures and cuisines and had a two- year love affair with it all. Originally from England, she's settled in Australia and continues to be besotted by food, wine and travel preferring to focus on the luxury end of town (thread count does matter).
