Start with an easy boat transfer service from Manly, Mosman Rose Bay, Milsons Point or Birkenhead Point to the Man O’War steps. Walk over to the Sydney Opera House colonnade where your very own cabana with harbour-side views and plunge-pool awaits. Your hostess greets you with a welcome signature cocktail.
Pick at oysters wheeled around freely during the opening service, or a selection of divine canapés; part of award-winning chef Matt Moran’s luxury menu. Make sure you leave room for the Moran Family Lamb carved up by Matt himself.
Listen to top international acts including headline DJ Samantha Ronson, Ibiza’s leading Balearic DJ Jon Sa Trinxa and the live, jazzy electronica act Goldfish; jettting in to play sets alongside Australian artists.
Throughout the evening, wait staff offer you a premium beverage experience with fine spirits, wine, Champagne and signature cocktails. Like your tipple a little fruitier? There’ll be big grazing tables of fruit so you can personalise your own drinks.
When all that dancing takes its toll drop into one of the areas where you can refresh and rejuvenate.
After watching the midnight fireworks from your iconic vantage point, espresso martinis, midnight snacks and desserts will be served, before the signature serve bar opens, and stays so until the end of the evening.
