No comply

There’s a prolific community that prides itself on leaving calling cards. As street artists, self-taught artists and ambassadors of graffiti they move freely through streets and in gallery spaces.

Many of the best are in Sydney this month for No Comply, a group exhibition to showcase the contemporary spirit of street art culture. More than 60 international and local urban artists, using skateboards as their canvas, celebrate contemporary art as they know it.

See 170 individual art pieces at the first major exhibition within Red Bull’s newly renovated gallery. International guest artist Craig Costello, a.k.a KR will be visiting from New York for opening night. Expect his new installation, a Krinkinitiation … and fire extinguishers.
