What do you get when you mix a pop-up shop of everyday retro nick-nacks from around the globe with a Thai street food inspired restaurant? You get one amazing weekend market.
During the second weekend of August your home of Thai street food, Middle Fish teams up with your global goodie bag, TheSuperCool to bring you a weekend replete with quirky delights.
The collaboration all began with a mutual respect and desire to bring the market vibe to Berkeley Street. Middle Fish will be supplying the sumptuous Thai street food under the roof of their quirky vintage warehouse and TheSuperCool bringing their signature stationary, hipster homewares and vintage collectables to the party.
Thai cooking demonstrations will run all weekend – one dish being Luk Choop, a mash up of lentils sculptured in the shape of tropical fruit, which is then hand painted and ready to be eaten, and look out for the vintage spinning wheel for whirling up some great prizes for market-goers courtesy of both collaborators.
Also if one weekend is just not enough time, TheSuperCool will be shacking up in Middle Fish from Friday the 10th until the following Sunday after the market.
