Christmas has come early at Trippas White Group

Do you love the smell of roast turkey wafting from your Mum’s kitchen on Christmas morning? And who can resist a second serving of Nan’s deliciously fruity Christmas pudding with warm (albeit lumpy) custard?

Well, you needn’t wait until December to eat your bodyweight in nostalgic dishes like these ‐ Christmas has come early at Trippas White Group this year!

For the first time, all Trippas White Group restaurants are celebrating Christmas in July with specially created festive menus, available throughout July only, that’ll have you humming Jingle Bells in no time.

From the stunning Art Gallery of NSW Restaurant up to Sydney Tower Buffet, to the grassy knolls around Centennial Parklands Dining and The Pavilion, Christmas menus will include: roast guineafowl with caramelised parsnip puree and pear and mustard chutney; roast turkey breast with sage and mushroom stuffing and cranberry jus, slow roasted crackling pork belly with balsamic apples and cannellini beans; and cherry glazed leg ham.

And the festivities don’t stop with dessert. Fancy a serve of rum and raisin bread and butter pudding with cinnamon ice-cream at 360 Bar & Dining or traditional Christmas pudding with custard at Botanic Gardens Restaurant or get to Sydney Mint Café for pudding with a twist – hello vanilla fairy floss.

Add a glass of glühwein to the mix and you’ll be more than humming Jingle Bells.

Christmas in July two‐course menus are available at all Trippas White Group restaurants throughout July 2012
$40 – $85 per person, reservations recommended
