Buy doughnuts, do good!

A lot of fundraisers will ask you to raise dough, but when it comes to this special charity; they mean it literally. This May, ReachOut is asking people to Raise Dough – in the oven and dollars – to support young people in need. Whether you’re a master chef or a master of the packet mix, get your bake on for a really good cause.

You can hold a bake sale at work, host a baking bee (and eating frenzy) at home or even take online orders for your signature dish to raise funds for an online program that provides support to more than 1.5 million Aussies a year.

ReachOut provides everything from tips and tricks, community forums and helpful articles for youths and their parents. A whopping one in four people aged between 14-25 live with a mental health difficulty and ReachOut is trying to show them there is support and that they are not alone.

This is useful stuff – articles like election guides (‘Elections are confusing AF, but an awesome opportunity to have your voice heard’), support forums and more.

Now, baking might just not be for you, but everyone loves doughnuts, right?!

Yes. Yes they do. You can support ReachOut by buying doughnuts. Not just any doughnuts. For the whole month of May, Cornersmith Annandale will be whipping up fresh hot donuts, with proceeds going to ReachOut.
There’s no excuse not to make the world a better place, one day, and one dougnut, at a time.

Jump on board, buy a doughnut, get baking, get buying!
