Joining North’s growing Westfield Sydney-based food empire which includes burger joint Charlie & Co, newly opened Quarter Twenty One boasts a comprehensive selection of offerings to cater to every food whim: A modern European restaurant, a retail shop selling premium ingredients and a traiteur for ready-made meals to take home. There’s even a cooking school on site, so you can make sure you know what to do with it all when you get home.

If that isn’t enough, North’s flagship fine diner Becasse has also relocated from its Clarence Street digs to a swankier, more intimate locale not far away. Expect to travel through a journey of the seasons to arrive in boudoir chic surrounds, a world away from the retail wonderland below…and that’s just the beginning of a spectacular gastronomic adventure created by North and his head chef Monty Koludrovic.
