Less talking and more tasting

Gossip. Should this be encouraged? In the case of He Says, She Says then by all means, lets explore.

Rumours can be confirmed that Chef Michael Harrison (previously plating up at Attica and the CBD’s Syracuse) has started a relationship with Campberwell’s new hot location.

The locals are in a flutter to find out more about what has been building behind these closed doors. Turns out the truth is He Says, She Says is filled with natural light, topped up with comfortable timber furnishings and adorned with artwork you’ll want to take home with you.

‘Apparently’ they’re known for their breakfast which is served up each day with a tasty twist on all the same old, same old.

But did you hear about their signature dishes? Whispers of a Wagyu Beef Burger are spreading fast and choices between the salacious sandwiches or sweetcorn and Manchego fritters are hotly in debate. Cut through all the chit-chat and be certain you’ll find the answer with their Sous-vide cooked beef short rib.

The oven is always on, ensuring the sensational pork crackling is crisp. Chat amongst yourselves as to who’ll have the tangy Rhubarb Trifle or the Milk Chocolate Mousse served with Salted Hazelnut Praline and Apple, finished with a dollop of Crème Fraîche.

Camberwell is the new hotspot … discuss!
