Cheese Delivered to Your Door, Remain Calm

Cheese is one of life’s greatest discoveries. But sometimes having to put pants on to go get it can be a pain in the backside. Well, now we don’t have to, thanks to Matt Steele from Cornelius Cheesemongers.

Steele, who used to own Cornelius Cheese, Wine & Coffee in Canterbury has a serious love for cheese. After selling his business, he spent some time away from the smelly gold but found himself being called back to it. So Cornelius Cheesemongers was born. With retail spaces being so pricy these days, Steele decided to go online and sell out of a warehouse in Brunswick. It’s win win because you can either head over to the warehouse yourself to pick your order up (but you will need to place your order online first), or get your cheesy goodness delivered to your door in a couple of days for as little as $20.

The forever-changing stock ranges from 6-20 cheeses including the Comte Blue, 24-month-old raw cow’s milk cheese, the Rochetta, made in Italy using goat, sheep, and cow milk, a 2012 Parmigiano Regiano DOC, and Herve Mons Roquefort. Hello cheese coma.

You can also get your hands on a wedding cheese ‘cake’. And yes that does mean cheese wheel after wheel being stacked on top of one another. Plus they offer corporate and private catering. #thankthelordabove.
