Taking over the Sydney Showgrounds, this sweets show isn’t just an expo. Grab a seat in the Lifestyle FOOD’s All Star Theatre to watch Chef Duff Goldman bring liquid nitrogen into baking, pop by The Bakery Theatre and learn how to whip up sourdough hot cross buns just in time for Easter, or book in for a full day cake decorating workshop with Canada’s The Caketress.
And don’t forget to swing by The Wedding Cake Walk. Ok it’s not quite a cat walk but you’ll see more than 80 entrants into the Australian Cake Decorating Championships.
