Pilates Weekend Nov 8 – 10
The original Luxury Pilates Retreat at ‘Bells at Killcare’, where you can enjoy opulent accommodation, gourmet food, fine wine, relaxation and expert Pilates and Yoga instruction.
Summer Cleansing Wellness Retreat Nov 24 – 27
The course covers the fundamental principles of choosing, preparing and cooking nutrient-dense meals to optimise nutrition and digestibility and finishes on day 4 with a master class with Stefano. As well as the cooking guests will be treated to a morning yoga class or bush walk at the start of each day.
