The easiest way to do Christmas lunch

This Christmas Day, Chef Joshua Davidson’s three course menu will cover all the classics. This will not be your average Christmas meal – there’s not a jar of cranberries in sight or a frazzled relative behind the stove. Instead, expect king prawns to start, roast turkey dotted with chestnuts, confit heirloom carrots and almond cream and a spectacular mini Christmas pud for dessert! And you won’t ever want plain old custard again, when you devour a rich Christmas pudding that’s drizzled in brandy custard and paired with a fresh cherry sorbet we had to stop ourselves licking off the plate.

Forget the eggnog, free flowing Champagne will keep you all merry. And you might need that merriment. Q Dining takes care of the food shopping, the cooking, the cleaning and the washing up – but you still have to deal with your loved ones! Q Dining is the Pullman Quay Grand’s hidden gem, sitting just below our favourite watering hole, Hacienda, but we don’t think it will stay that secret for long – don’t wait too long to check it out!
