Merivale Winter Feasts
What makes a good meal? The company you eat with. It helps naturally, when it’s gourmet and at a steal.

Step in Justin Hemmes and Merivale’s new Winter Feasts. For a funds friendly sum of $35; you can opt for 1, 2 or 3 course lunch and dinner menus, plus a glass of wine or James Squire beer.

The seasonal carousel includes modern Australian (Est.), Italian (Uccello), tasty tapas (Ash St Cellar) and bistro fare (Bistro CBD). Japanese, (Sushi e, Sushi Choo and Teppanyaki), New York-style grill (Mad Cow), and Asian meets Mediterranean flavours (Lotus).

So you know what you’re not missing, come along to the gourmet launch extravaganza.  On Tuesday 16 June each of Merivale’s nine participating venues will hold stalls with complimentary signature sample dishes on offer.

Extra culinary skills are also part of the wintry spread. Sign up for matching wine and sommelier master classes or how to make sushi the way second-generation sushi chef Shimpei Hatanaka was taught.

Have your own MasterChef moment in an intimate class run by one of Merivale’s head chefs, or master the art of building cocktails in the bar surrounds of ivy, Lotus, Gin Garden or Hemmesphere.
