Tilbury x Hendricks: A bar with the longest name and the best gin cocktails

Hendricks has popped up at crowd favourite, The Tilbury, taking over the upstairs deck of the bar until November 19. Get in quick, so you don’t miss out on the celebration of all things gin, plus, a tasting of the company’s latest innovation, Hendricks Orbium.

While the Hendrick’s Orbium and soda is a must-try for aficionados, it’s the cocktails served from a stunning Victorian bathtub that get the taste buds excited. A personal favourite and, an ode to its venue, The Thrilbury ($18), is sweet, light and oh so wonderful. Every sip tastes of summer.

  • Baz Lime-On ($18): Hendrick’s Gin, lime juice, sugar syrup, cucumber, basil leaves
  • The Lesley Gracie ($16): Hendrick’s Gin, elderflower, soda water, cucumber

Who is Lesley Gracie you may be thinking? Lesley is the alchemist who created Hendricks – someone we all should raise a glass to for creating the wonder that is Hendricks Gin.

  • Hendrick’s Orbium & soda ($16)

The bespoke cocktail list and Hendrick’s Orbium will only be available for the pop-up. Hendrick’s Orbium is an on-premise release only and will be available in limited edited nationally from October.
