The business of biathlons

Andrew Boy Charlton Biathlon series
If for you, a biathlon translates to ‘buy-athalon’ (a shopping spree in two parts; coffee, then purchases), the Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool Biathlon may not be your cup of tea.  If, on the other hand, you’re serious about getting fit for summer and can handle some competitive types, this CBD-series may be just the ticket.

It’s short but sharp – a 4km run through the Domain followed by a 300m swim.  Your times are tracked on a web site so you can monitor your progress (read: boast at will).

Afterwards grab a quick shower, swap stories and maybe win one of the sponsor raffle prizes before heading to the Woolloomooloo Bay Hotel to undo some of your good work.

Work out hard, play hard.  It’s all about balance.
