The egos, the catfights and the tantrums; is that really what it’s like behind the scenes of an editorial fashion shoot?

Now’s your time to find out, and to learn the tricks of the trade from one of Australia’s best internationally acclaimed fashion and lifestyle photographers, Christian Blanchard.

Thanks to the Nikon School, attending the specialist Editorial Fashion Photography course, you’ll receive a range of practical shooting techniques in a live photo shoot setup, as well as heaps of tips from the Perth-born Blanchard.

Recently named by Capture magazine as one of Australia’s top ten photographers, Blanchard has been working and travelling the world for the last 5 years working with various brands including L’Oreal and Mimco.

“Experience is the very best teacher and this workshop gives students a uniquely hands-on opportunity, allowing them to delve even deeper into fashion photography,” he says.

Don’t worry if you’re not a pro behind the camera. This course is suitable for nearly any level of experience and provides an interesting insight into the behind-the-scenes world of the fashion industry. Plus, (it’s worth mentioning) Christian Blanchard is pretty easy on the eye.
