Bite size festival

Taste of Sydney food festival

Like tapas, meze platters and yum cha, the appeal of a food festival is obvious.  You’re faced with a variety of indulgent servings and little (or no) guilt when going back for seconds, thirds … and sevenths.

At Taste of Sydney you can feast on a day of tastings and culinary experiences. Sample 45 signature dishes from top restaurantsincluding specialties from Pilu at Freshwater, Flying Fish, Becasse & Etch, Restaurant Balzac, Buon Ricordo, Longrain and Danks Street Depot.

Sit at the Chef’s Table for cooking techniques, insights and tips, and a chat with Peter Conisitis of Civic Dining or Lindt’s Swiss Master Chocolatier Thomas Schnetzler.

Let Emirates play host with reserved seating and complimentary refreshments in the VIP Lounge. Quell your thirst for drink savvy at a Chandon Sparkling or Beer Masterclass, and wander through the Producers Market. You’ll find more than 100 fine food and drink exhibitors offering sampling and authentic produce.

Good taste and good at tasting – suits you all over.
