7 For All Mankind pop up store

conTEMPORARY Retail Studio opens in Sydney
Not normally superstitious, we’re kind of thinking there’s some credibility to the lucky number Seven.

1.  Tomorrow’s date: 7 / 7;

2.  Tomorrow, 7 For All Mankind opens their first Aussie pop-up retail concept, ConTEMPORARY Retail Studio, in Paddington. Founded in 2000, the Los Angeles based denim brand launched the premium denim craze due to its now famous “fit”;

3.  The bi-level shop will be an ever-changing space dedicated to showcasing the label’s men’s and women’s jeans and accessories along local Sydney artists through 7 various mediums (including installations, paint, photography, film);

4.  Here you can find pieces from the premium 7*7*7 line (which has not been available in Australia until now), and limited artist collaboration styles from Japan and a wide selection of Splendid and Ella Moss;

5.  A permanent installation piece will be the centre of this space commissioned to Sydney’s Seamus Heindenrich, a local installation artist. (so there isn’t a seven link here unless alliteration counts?);

6.  There are seven wonders of the ancient world. There are seven continents in the world. There are seven basic musical notes (think Sound of Music); and

7.  There are seven colours of the rainbow and there’s one in view as we type.
