Recently spotted cruising Sydney’s magnificent harbour is the Infinity Pacific. We’ve got the lowdown on how to get on board.
Operated by The Pacific Hotel Group, Infinity Pacific is a stunning Italian-built alloy superyacht currently available for charter in Sydney. At 40m in length and set over three levels, it’s sleek and chic, with interiors by French designers Fréderic Méchiche & Luca Dini. White polished surfaces, glossy timber flooring and shiny steel trims are paired with gorgeous white upholstered couches, a glam dining suite and high count bed linens. Did we mention the jumbo master suite and VIP double cabins which span the vessel’s full width? Add on the upper deck, perfect for long afternoons with the sea breeze in your hair. This is definite Hollywood material.
Australian’s own chef and restaurateur Peter Kuruvita has the menu covered for your adventures – fresh seafood, locally sourced ingredients and the freshest of produce around town. Expect to dine on his signature dishes like Sri Lankan Snapper Curry and Seared Yellow Fin Tuna with Ruby Grapefruit, Sweet Pork and Crackling. Throw in some serious wine and champagne, and this truly is an unmissable experience.
The Infinity Pacific can host up to 10 guests (with a crew of eight!) for your jaunt. While staying in Sydney Harbour for the Summer, the yacht can deliver a customised cruising itinerary along the Australian coast line – Pittwater, Whitsundays, Brisbane, Cairns, Gold Coast, Great Barrier Reef and even Lizard Island. It can also voyage between Australia and the South Pacific and New Zealand. You’ll find the Infinity docked at The Foreshore, Sydney’s Superyacht Marina at Rozelle. It’s available for charter from end-October 2018 through and until end-March 2019.
The rest is up to you! Channel with your inner star, accept the challenge and bring your fantasies to life on Infinity, this once in a lifetime opportunity.
