The Trupp’s cut no corners at their new Prahran based cooking school. A 
purpose built and intimate space designed to get you up close and personal 
with this veteran of the kitchen.

Walter has some serious runs on the chopping 
board with enough Michelin Stars on his CV to fill our flag more than twice. Wife 
Dorota, matches his cooking skills with her repertoire of natural nutritional know-
how. The two of them bring a banquet of knowledge to the table.

They bundled 
it all into a programme of master classes to make you into a master chef. 
Whether you are a newbie to the knife or quite comfortable boning a duck, you 
will still find a suitable session to expand your expertise.

Classes range from 
creating healthy and wholesome salads to food styling to correct ways to 
carve up a chook. Get some pointers on pickling and preserving, play with 
pastry and get the low down on gluten free goodies.

Go solo, partner up or 
convince your boss to send in your team of 12 or less to bond over brioche. 
The space converts into a dining room making the options endless in lead up to 
the silly season.
