How does it work?
Our discerning Daily Addict Perk curators seek out the crème de le crème of experiences, exciting events, awe-worthy products and services available in your city; negotiate incredible deals exclusively for you (our members), then deliver them to your inbox each Thursday.

Each Perk is different. You can count on us having your back to get all the benefits you can handle. We also only select top brands that stand for something – whether it’s quality, heritage, or all round awesomeness.

Perks are available for purchase for about a week. We keep things in boutique amounts and inventory is limited so act fast.

What happens after I make a purchase?
We’ll send you a confirmation email know as a ‘perk certificate’ shortly after you complete your purchase.

Wait, what’s a Perk Certificate?
This is a printable certificate issued by Daily Addict that you generally print out and show when requested to redeem your Perk with the relevant business vendor. You then get to enjoy the full benefit and bounty of your Perk.

What if I misplace my Perk Certificate?
Don’t worry, it happens. If you have any issues just contact us by emailing PerkSupport@dailyaddict.com.au and we’d be happy to assist you.

How do I redeem my Perk?
Redemption details differ from offer to offer. There’ll be some instructions that appear on each offer page, which is also printed on the Perk Certificate email.  Don’t miss out. Perks may have a use by date and so remember to redeem prior to this date.


How does the waitlist work?
When an item is sold out, you can add yourself to the waitlist by clicking the ‘Add to Waitlist’ button. If more absinthe tastings, dinners, fashion front row tickets, private soiree invitations or whatever has caught your eye become available, we’ll send you an email inviting you to return. It’s worth adding yourself to the waitlist so we’re clued up on you’re interested in, which helps us figure out what types of venues and offers to line up for you next.

If you love perks, let your friends know about us. After all, everyone loves having a friend of a friend with benefits. If you introduce a Daily Addict Perk to 10 friends and they all purchase the same perk, let us know at Perks@dailyaddict.com.au and we’ll give you that perk for FREE. It’s another Perk!

PAYMENT
When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged within 24 hours of completing your purchase. GST is included in the cost of each perk. 


Do you refund or exchange?
Purchases for Daily Addict Perks are final, but if you ever feel like our Perks have disappointed in any way shape or form, let us know and we’ll try to figure out if we can help.
