To celebrate the bright lights of Vivid, event curators Lime&Tonic has organised a series of unique and very special dining events with one of Sydney’s award-winning chefs in a laneway pop-up restaurant in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. The catch? They’re keeping the location to themselves until 24 hours before the event.
Lime&Tonic’s relationships with world- class chefs, household food celebrities, acclaimed restaurants, iconic hotels and unique venues allow them to create bespoke and events and experiences. They like to push the boundaries of their own creativity to deliver something truly memorable.
Throughout the festival (check below for dates that are selling out fast) you can enjoy a super-fun night of social, secretive dining, while soaking up the amazing lights and buzzy vibe of Vivid; be treated to a delicious, set three-course meal paired with beautiful wines as well as live music, and end the night 31- levels high with an amazing cocktail in hand and stunning views of Sydney Harbour and magical Vivid.
Your tastebuds can expect dishes including blow torched salmon tartare, sake cured Pacific Reef Cobia, Tajima Wagyu rump, and a delightful lemon cream praline and pistachio dacquoise with wild strawberry compote dessert.
