Who can wait until the weekend? This event is happening tonight. Vogue’s one-night-only shopping extravaganza is back and burning a hole in your credit card. From 5pm-10pm tonight Sydne will turn into a shopping frenzy as retailers throughout the Sydney CBD from Pitt Street Mall to Martin Place host exclusive deals and events. The official ‘launch moment’ will be held in Hyde Park at 5pm.

 A new typography-meets-art exhibition has opened up at The Galeries this week. TheWriting “based on a true story” exhibition at Lane Four showcases iconic movie quotes of the 80s and 90s, immortalised in a large-scale three-dimensional typography mural. This exhibition is free and will run from 3rd September until 30th September, 2014.  and is open to the public for free.  See if you can spot your favourite one-liners!
