Did Someone Say Sake?

Forget wine, it’s so 2011. Say goodbye to shots, you’re not on schoolies anymore.  Leave the six-pack at home fellas. It’s sake time!

Get to know your Junmai Daiginjō-shu from your Ginjō-shu as part of a three-tier sake flight at Sokyo and enjoy matched food to boot. Shimmy into the moody lounge area, nestle in a dark corner and settle in for the ride.

If you are yet to develop a love affair with Chase Kojima’s exquisite modern Japanese food, you’ll be a convert in no time. Start with beautifully light tempura snapper matched with 1000 Ways sake. Move on to a vegetable roll paired with Beautiful Boy. Not before finishing with Chase’s infamous tuna sashimi crispy rice with truffle salt and spicy mayo (you’ve never seen chopsticks move so fast!) coupled with Full Bloom sake.

Like the way things are going? Side step into the restaurant and explore the full à la carte menu. Tip: do not underestimate the sushi rolls and nigiri (flick the end of the menu).

Make room for another vice in your life. Sake’s here to stay.
