Another time, another place, another medium

Since you’re no wallflower, you’re probably already familiar with Archibald Prize finalist David Bromley’s iconic nude prints. His new exhibition Another Time, Another Place opens tomorrow (8 April) at fine furnishings and interior design showroom, Capocchi and features his very first photographic series.

Much more mysterious than his previous work, the photographs are darker and experiment with a different use of lighting. With his models wearing masks and headdresses, expect a result both hauntingly beautiful and ethereal.

The hand-stitched Bromley throw rugs that feature distinctive images from Bromley’s Children’s, Nudes or Butterfly Series, and beautiful vintage Indian fabric on the reverse side provide another medium for Bromley to explore.

There’s only 12 editions of the 18 various designs, all set to quickly become a rare collector’s item. We especially think the range of the Bromley photographic limited-edition banners will have you all a flutter (although quite possibly require a re-mortgage).
